We’re looking for people and brands who want to help shape it from the ground up. We value energy, initiative, reliability and people who do what they say they’re going to do.

If you work hard, care about the details and keep your word, we want to hear from you. If not, Lucky’s probably isn’t for you.

Guest Services

We’re looking for a small group of exceptional Guest Services staff to help set the tone at Lucky’s.

This isn’t a stand-at-the-door-and-smile role. You’ll be welcoming guests, assisting with entry and ticketing, looking after private booth arrivals, helping people navigate the venue, supporting merchandise sales and working closely with management and security to make sure the experience runs smoothly.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Confident and great with people of all ages

  • Well presented and naturally welcoming

  • Reliable, switched on and calm under pressure

  • Happy to work hard when things get busy

  • Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Most shifts will be Friday and Saturday evenings, with additional opportunities across special events and private functions.

Interested? Get in touch and tell us a little about yourself and why you’d be a great fit for Lucky’s.

Social Media & Content

Lucky’s will move quickly, and we want people who can capture that energy in real time.

We’re looking for social media marketers, content creators and digitally minded people who understand how to turn a great experience into great content — from Reels and Stories to live event coverage, community engagement and fast-turnaround edits.

You need to understand brand, not just trends. Lucky’s has a very clear visual and creative direction, and everything we put out needs to feel considered.

We’re interested in hearing from people with experience across:

  • Instagram and TikTok

  • Short-form video

  • Photography and event content

  • Community management

  • Copywriting

  • Live event coverage

  • Fast-turnaround editing

If you’re proactive, creative and dependable, we’d love to hear from you.

Collab With Lucky’s

We want Lucky’s to be built alongside brands that genuinely add something to the experience.

We’re open to conversations with businesses across wellness, beverage, food, lifestyle, sport, fashion and other complementary categories.

We’re not interested in putting logos everywhere for the sake of it. The best partnerships will be integrated into the way Lucky’s looks, feels and operates — through experiences, products, activations, programming and content.

If you have a brand you think belongs in the Lucky’s world, talk to us.

We’re always interested in a good idea.

Coffee, Smoothies, Matcha & Light Eats Partner

We’re looking for the right Adelaide operator to run our daytime coffee and wellness offering.

The opportunity is to trade from 7am–2pm, Wednesday to Saturday, across the seven-week Lucky’s activation at Festival Plaza.

The offer should suit the morning and daytime audience and could include:

  • Great coffee

  • Matcha

  • Smoothies

  • Hydration

  • Healthy grab-and-go options

  • Light breakfast and lunch items

This period will align with Lucky’s wellness programming, pickleball activity and the growing Festival Plaza office community.

It’s a chance to put your brand in front of a new CBD audience and become part of Lucky’s from its first season.

We’re looking for an operator with a strong product, a strong brand and the capability to turn up and deliver consistently for seven weeks.

Think you’re the right fit? Let’s talk.

Run an Event at Lucky’s

Got an event, class, club night, community idea or activation you think would work at Lucky’s?

We want to hear it.

Friday and Saturday nights are already committed to Lucky’s core programming, so they’re off the table — but outside of those periods, we’re open to conversations.

That could mean:

  • Wellness sessions

  • Corporate events

  • Brand activations

  • Community events

  • Sporting events

  • Food or beverage experiences

  • Talks or workshops

  • Sunday sessions

  • Wednesday or Thursday programming

  • Private functions

If you can bring a strong idea, an audience and the ability to execute it properly, we’re happy to explore what’s possible.

Have something in mind? Pitch it to us.

Lucky’s Club House sits right in the heart of Adelaide, perched on the Festival Terrace balcony with views across the River Torrens and Adelaide Oval. Nestled beside the Festival Theatre and adjacent to Adelaide Railway Station, Lucky’s can be reached from North Terrace, King William Street, Elder Park and the Riverbank Footbridge. Whether you’re arriving from the city, the riverbank or one of Adelaide’s major events, you’re right in the middle of it all. It doesn’t get much more central than this.

Lucky’s Club House acknowledges that we gather on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains. We recognise their continuing connection to Country, culture and community, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
